Premier Relationship Officer

Role Purpose
To assist customers by effectively dealing with, customer enquiries and provided them with the excellent services. The job holder would be the first point of contact while assisting walk-in client to complete their transaction referring and guiding them appropriately to the correct department/individual when need arises.
Moreover the candidate would need to ensure all the administrative functions of the Premier Relationship Manager are managed effectively and assist day to day operation of their portfolio.

Responsibilities

Customer Contact
• Customers referred are to be phoned within 5 days of the opening of their accounts.
• Make calls per week to customers within that portfolio.
• Cross sell all the bank products and provide the leads to Premier Relationship Manager.
• Immediately update all systems and filing.

Complaints
• Ensure complaints are met and recorded
• All document collected are to be without error.

Portfolio Management
• Conduct review of Premier customer eligibility (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to enable Premier Centre Manager to downgrade customers accordingly.
• Ensure optimal portfolio size, so that not more then 250 customers are managed by each Premier Relationship Manager.

Service Coordination and Internal Communication
• Actively contribute to work front office, back office and participate in providing feedback to your Premier Center Manager.

Skills

Basic PC literacy is advantageous.
Fluency in spoken English and Arabic is required.
2-3 Years or more related experience
