Manager Commercial Cards - Product & Alliances

Purpose of the job

The role entails growth of Commercial Cards in the UAE by working on enhancing the product features, working with partners, bank customers and RMs to increase card base and the turnover. Responsibility is also to roll-out the product to the region and support with the Product Proposition

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure all marketing material, product features and collaterals for commercial cards are timely reviewed, updated and communicated.
• Streamline and set up processes for queries/complaints regarding commercial cards
• Manage the commercial card Programme and work closely with Commercial Businesses to increase card base and turnover/sales.
• Regional launch of commercial cards as well as manage the proposition for other ME countries
• Centralize service and maintenance by implementing an end to end process for commercial cards and monitoring that turn around time for card processing in being met


Major Challenges:

• To work with different departments including CPD/ CMB/ Marketing and RCC and ensuring that overall commercial card goals are met.
• Ensuring product is top of mind for Corporate RMs for whom this is a small %age of Corp lending.
• Technical competence as the Product setup and Ops is fairly complicated.
• Competition is strong from Diners, Amex and other entrants in this space who have large and dedicated teams supporting Corp Cards.

Skills

• University (BA) or (BS).
• Ten years of relevant experience.
