Regional Manager, Talent & Resourcing
This role will report to the Head of Talent & Resourcing and position Hsbc Bank Middle East as the employer of choice for the best talent in the Financial Services industry in the Middle East. You will develop, recommend and implement necessary attraction, selection, career management and talent identification/ development practices to attract, retain and develop key talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attraction and selection of employees at all levels as per operational business needs.
• Conduct assessment and development reviews to identify high potential staff including career discussions and panel reviews with senior management.
• Establish and implement career management practices for high potential staff and career opportunity practices for all.
• Collate and monitor data for both resourcing and talent initiatives, to be used to assess and drive improvements.
• Act as a talent broker for individuals moving within the Region and to/from HSBC Global
• Roll out talent identification processes across middle and junior management populations.

Skills
•HR Experience- At least 5 years experience in handling a variety of HR functions including exposure to talent and/or resourcing best practice.
•Experience of working in a corporate, in-house team a must (pure Agency experience is not acceptable).
•Resourcing & Development skills & specialised training - trained on psychometric testing/ facilitation of Assessment & Development Centres. Attendance at the following courses an advantage.
- Occupational Personality Questionnaire
- Appraisal coaching and counseling
- Assessment/ Development Centres
- Competency Based interviewing.
•Coaching and/or training experience would also be a distinct advantage.
•Fast paced with a ‘can do’ attitude to implement and produce results.
•International exposure an advantage.
•Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills are essential.
